🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Medicart Nepal

At Medicart Nepal (Medicart Tradelink Pvt. Ltd.), we stand by the quality of our authentic medical equipment and healthcare products. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have a clear return and refund policy.

📅 Return Period

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival

  • Not functioning properly

  • Wrong item delivered

📦 Conditions for Returns

• The product must be in its original packaging with invoice, manuals, and all accessories.

• The product should be unused and in the same condition as delivered.

• Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

💰 Refund & Replacement

• If your return is approved, you will receive either:

  • A replacement product (preferred), or

  • A refund processed within 5–7 working days to your payment method.

• Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval by our technical team.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products

• Consumables, disposable supplies, and personal care items once opened cannot be returned unless defective.

• Products purchased on special clearance sale are not eligible for return.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the product is defective, damaged, or wrong, Medicart Nepal will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the customer requests a return for any other reason, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
